Yes very interesting - it seemed to be accurate and quite a good explanation contrasting OA with RA. We've talked before about the possibility of cold helping the pain - I seem to recall somebody laughingly suggested a walk-in freezer - well I'd rather have a needle to give pin-point accuracy - we'll have to see if anybody is asked to join a trial!!
